Regular aerobic exercise will help you by increasing the strength and intensity of your circulatory system while cleaning out your pores. Improving your scalp circulation, then, is the key to stop balding. You can improve scalp circulation by giving yourself mini-massages twice a day. Rub your scalp with your fingers making circular motions for five minutes. An alternative to the massage method is hydrotherapy. With this method, you will need to alternate hot and cold currents on the scalp when you are in the shower each day. This method is especially helpful if you have a powerful showerhead or one that allows a strong, beading current. You should engage in 10 to 15 minutes of hydrotherapy a day. Both of these techniques will increase the circulation in your scalp.

Cayenne is a spice that many people enjoy as a matter of course. Few people know, however, that it can stop balding as well. Eating cayenne helps open the pores, which is a key to help you stop balding. If you enjoy spicy foods, you should make an effort to eat at least two spicy meals per week. Otherwise, you can find cayenne tablets that will have a similar effect. Silica is another natural remedy that can help. Silica, present in nettle, is available in herb or capsule form in many health food or herbal therapy stores. Taking it on a daily basis can help you to prevent further hair loss.
